DESCRIPTION
Is a substitute for sugar, in the middle of sugar art it is used for modeling figures. Is ideal for making beautiful clear candy decorations for your cakes, candies and treats. Unlike regular sugar, isomalt will not crystallize and has a higher resistance to humidity resulting in a clearer finished product.
HOW TO USE
Introduce the isomalt in a microwave oven in periods of 1 minute, this until obtaining a liquid state and a temperature of 175 degrees, then pour the isomalt into a silicone mold that supports high temperatures, finally let it solidify and unmold.
• Note: Use gloves that withstand high temperatures, this to avoid skin burns.
