COLOUR FOR CHOCOLATE IN COCOA BUTTER KIT
Introduce your color for chocolate in cocoa butter in a microwave oven in periods of 30 seconds, this until achieving a liquid state, then remove it from the microwave oven and lower it to a temperature between 28 to 32 degrees Celsius, finally paint directly on your polycarbonate mold or pour into the melted chocolate and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture, refrigerate and unmold.
