DESCRIPTION

Ma Baker and Chef meringue powder can be used to make royal icing or meringue, with this you will have a sweet filling or topping for your bread. Powder made with 100% natural egg whites to prepare meringue frosting, ideal for the decoration of cakes, pies and other desserts.

HOW TO USE
• Place 3.42 oz of meringue powder and 8.45 fl oz of water in a bowl, beat for 5 minutes at low speed, then add the 22.9 oz as rain. Of icing sugar, finally beat for 10 minutes at high speed until the desired consistency is obtained.
